GET TO KNOW THE PLACE

A little more about Jigokudani Onsen.

Jigokudani Yaen-koen is a wild-monkey observation park, not a hot-spring bathing facility for visitors. Human bathing with the monkeys is prohibited.

The monkey park's pool is for wildlife, not visitor bathing. For a human soak, use an onsen in the nearby Yudanaka or Shibu area. Keep your distance from wildlife.

What we still need to confirm

These gaps are worth checking if they affect your trip.
